Draft for legal review. Applies to every dataset served by RobotsDataset.

What you get

• Facts with provenance. Every value carries its source URL, observation date and confidence. You license the facts and the structure; no rights in the sources' content are transferred.
• Use. Paid requests (API key, x402, Apify) grant a non-exclusive right to use the returned records in your products and agents, including commercially, with the attribution "Data: RobotsDataset" wherever you show provenance.
• Live-table subscription. Exports and the change feed are for the subscriber's internal use; reselling the full dataset is not permitted.

What the data does not contain

• No review text — only numeric signals obtained through official APIs.
• No personal data beyond what is published professionally (staff and practitioner names as on the business's own site; business mailboxes and phones).

Opt-out and correction

Any business can opt out (DELETE /v1/optout or the opt-out page) or confirm and correct its record for free. Opted-out records are removed from every channel.
